Grand Oaks Pavilion is the most popular among the three reception spaces, it is encircled with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the nature preserve and oak trees. This space is 3,800 square feet, seats up to 200 guests, and leads to a large garden terrace. Grand Oaks Terrace is a beautiful large garden perfect for the wedding ceremony and steps away from the pavilion, this area also seats up to 200 guests.
Prairie Ballroom measures 5,000 square feet making it the grandest of the three spaces. The ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a serene private lake with banquet seating for 300 guests. This elegant space includes a fireplace, modern furniture, and a grand piano. Grassy Knoll is the beautifully landscaped area beside the lake that can be used for the ceremony, seating up to 275 guests.
The Q Room is the perfect wedding reception space for intimate gatherings, and seats up to 60 guests. It has a lovely outdoor balcony, the Q Room Patio, that overlooks the nature preserve and lake. You can have your wedding ceremony at the Q Room Patio, which accommodates up to 60 guests as well.

The Classic wedding package includes a tasting for up to four people, a four-hour traditional bar package, the choice of three passed hors d’oeuvres, a three-course plated meal and a custom wedding cake, fresh brewed coffee and tea after dinner, high-class accommodations for the wedding couple, champagne or sparkling cider toast for all guests, white glove service, wine service with dinner, banquet chairs and tables, floor-length white or ivory linen, mirrors and votive candles, and coat check.
The Fairytale wedding package includes a tasting for up to four people, a four-hour traditional bar package, the choice of four passed hors d’oeuvres, a four-course plated meal and a custom wedding cake, fresh brewed coffee and tea after dinner, complimentary deluxe accommodations for the wedding couple on the night of the wedding, champagne or sparkling cider toast for all guests, white glove service, wine service with dinner, gold chiavari chairs and tables, floor length white or ivory linen, mirrors and votive candles on each table, and coat check.
The Legend wedding package includes all stated on the Fairytale package plus an hour extra on the bar package, an extra plated meal course, a tasting for up to six people, valet service, gold chargers, 20% off late-night snack bites, a complimentary room for the parents of the wedding couple, a complimentary stay for the wedding couple on their one-year anniversary, and champagne and strawberries delivered to the couple’s room on the night of the wedding.
